music for video (2021-22)

Throughout 2021 and 2022 I was involved in a collaborative, community-oriented project called [ B R E A T H E ], organised by Orchestras Live and Manchester Camerata. The project brought together poets, filmmakers and composers to explore the concept of ‘togetherness’, drawing inspiration from artistic material created by children, elderly and disabled people from different communities around Manchester.

In collaboration with poet Roma Havers, four interludes were created to be interspersed throughout the film, each combining poetry or recorded dialogue with music and visuals.
