A one minute piece for snare drum and electronics. I wanted to create something hyperactive and kitsch - music that’s totally demanding of your attention but instantly forgotten once it’s over. I like the idea of taking what feels like hours of footage - Youtube vloggers, news segments, jazz records, stock sound-effects - and compressing it into a few seconds, taking the ordinary and pushing it towards a heightened intensity.
